SRFC
specializes in custom roll formed metal shapes. It is our
mission to provide each customer with structurally sound parts at affordable prices.
Experience shows that roll forming offers more options and
benefits than many other processes. The ability to incorporate
several secondary operations into the roll forming line
significantly reduces overall cost for our customers.
Roll Forming is a process in which a strip of metal, usually in coil form, is continuously passed through a series of roller dies and progressively formed to the desired shape. In many cases roll forming eliminates multiple stage production, sub-assembly and finishing operations. Any number of subassembly operation can be continuously combined in the roll forming operation.
